Consistently demonstrated ability to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Has been with the Organization for 7 years and has been involved in various central HR initiatives, including HR Polices, Talent Management, HRMIS & Analytics, Budgeting, and Preparation of Leadership Dashboards. Excellent business communication has been her core strengths, ability to interact with higher management and get things moving, building circle of influences by reducing concerns, believes in taking a holistic approach to analysing the problem and solving it for long term.
Duties and responsibilities: Assists the HR director in promoting and implementing human resource values by planning and managing human resource programs.
