Creative and versatile human resources generalist with experience in strategic interventions, talent management and operational governance in large scale complex environment, she has across her assignments associated with Large Network, Multi-location businesses, where at the core of each assignment, she has managed extensive scale-up projects, high transaction and volume management, and strategic interventions of change management. In her experience over the years she has built an ease of working with both the corporate and strong promoter driven companies.
In the setup of any organization her role has been to partner with business in aligning the job, the resource (employee) and the emotions, with the growing/changing objectives of the organization.
